On Saturday, October 24, 2026 from 12 to 3 PM, downtown Rochester businesses hand out candy to costumed kids. Pick up a trick-or-treat bag and the list of participating businesses at Central Square, then work your way down Main Street. Free and family-friendly.
Get dressed up and come celebrate Halloween downtown! On Saturday, October 24 from noon to 3 PM, downtown Rochester businesses open their doors to costumed trick-or-treaters.

Start at Central Square, where you'll find trick-or-treat bags and a list of all participating businesses. Then wander downtown - participating shops hand out candy from noon to 3 PM.
My business isn't downtown - can we still hand out candy?
Yes, space permitting. We hold a limited number of spots downtown for outside businesses and organizations. Contact Rochester Main Street and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
