The Main Street America four-point approach organizes revitalization into Economic Vitality, Design, Promotion, and Organization. Every committee welcomes new members - and you don't have to make every meeting to contribute.
Economic Vitality Committee
Strengthens the downtown economy by supporting existing businesses, recruiting new ones, and fostering an environment where entrepreneurs can succeed - using financial tools, incentives, and access to capital to stimulate sustainable growth and investment.

Design Committee
Advances the appearance and functionality of downtown by preserving historic character, improving streetscapes, and enhancing public spaces - coordinating facade improvements, lighting, landscaping, wayfinding, and seasonal décor with property owners and partners.
Meets monthly at Busy Bee Cafe, second Thursday, 11 AM.

Promotion Committee
Positions downtown as a vibrant center of community life - planning coordinated marketing across web, email, and social channels, and producing the events and festivals that draw residents and visitors. The goal is simple: increase foot traffic and strengthen local businesses.
Meets second Monday of the month, 6 PM, at Cincos.
