Rochester Main Street's biggest holiday fundraiser runs December 2–4, 2026 in partnership with Studley's Flower Gardens. Stroll a forest of decorated trees, bid in the silent auction, shop the holiday vendor market, visit Santa, and enter raffles to win a fully decorated tree.
The Festival of Trees is Rochester Main Street’s annual holiday fundraiser, held each December in partnership with Studley’s Flower Gardens. Local businesses and organizations decorate and donate themed Christmas trees, which are raffled off to support our downtown revitalization efforts.
It’s a festive tradition that raises essential funds for beautification and community programs - and brings the whole community together to celebrate the season.
2026 schedule
Thursday, December 2 · 5–8 PM - Treeview. First look at the forest of decorated trees.
Friday, December 3 · 6–8 PM - Friday Night Celebration. Stroll the trees, enjoy holiday music, and explore the holiday vendor market featuring local artisans, crafters, and gift vendors. Browse the silent auction table filled with items and experiences donated by local businesses.
Saturday, December 4 · 1–6 PM - Saturday Celebration. A full day of holiday fun with live music, the vendor market, and Santa on site from 1 to 4 PM for visits and photos.
Raffle ticket sales end 30 minutes before close on the final night; silent auction closes 60 minutes before.
Can’t make it? You can still win a tree
Purchase raffle chances - 25 chances for $20 or 150 chances for $100 - and email us with the trees you’d like your chances entered toward (or let us divide them randomly). We post photos of every tree on the festival’s first day.
Sponsor a tree or donate to the auction
Tree sponsorships are $50 with 30 spots available for 2026, first come, first served. Silent auction donations from local businesses are always welcome - past highlights include a murder mystery night at the Rochester Opera House with dinner at the Governor’s Inn, and holiday packages from Holidays On The Hill.

Local businesses and organizations decorate and donate themed Christmas trees, and you buy raffle chances toward the trees you'd love to take home - 25 chances for $20 or 150 chances for $100. Raffle sales end 30 minutes before close on the final night.
When can I see Santa at the Festival of Trees?
Santa is on site Saturday, December 4 from 1 to 4 PM for visits and photo opportunities - perfect for families and little ones eager to share their wish lists.
Can I support the Festival if I can't attend?
Yes - purchase raffle chances online and email us with the trees you'd like them entered toward, or ask us to divide them randomly. Tree photos are posted on the first day of the festival.

Charitable Gaming at Lilac Club Casino
For ten days each March, Rochester Main Street partners with Lilac Club Casino and shares 35% of gross gaming revenue with another local nonprofit. Play, enjoy a night out, and fund downtown grants, events, and beautification projects at the same time.
